Introduction: The movie is adapted from the TV series. It introduces bombings let the city paralyzed. policer whose name is Hero Wu meet Dafu Xu（bad man）again ( they know each other in previous film), and they are involved in enemy's plan unexpectedly. Therefore, they work together again for justice, a step by step destroy enemy massacre.
The Blacks & White 1 had a lot of promotion. The movie's point is it is related the TV series. After The Blacks & White 1 released, audience expressed they were disappoint, because it did not related the TV series anymore. From The Blacks & White 2 's trailer, the movie and the TV series are still not related. Therefore, I do not recommend the audience who want to know the story follow-up the TV series to watch this movie in camera. You will disappoint again.
